CTP and MRA have company and grant requirements. APNEA uses a separate membership and Executive Committee review process.

The applicant must have valid Singapore registration and satisfy the requirements of the relevant Enterprise Singapore programme.

Relevant financial records, management information and an executable business case may be required.

CTP requires a genuine capability gap. MRA requires a clear overseas expansion objective and target market.

Can my company explore CTP and MRA at the same time?
Potentially, yes. The company must satisfy the requirements of each programme and present distinct, credible business cases. Eligibility and approval remain subject to the applicable programme rules and assessment.
How long does a CTP or MRA application take?
Timing depends on project readiness, documentation quality and the relevant assessment process. Green Motion Academy helps organise the business case and supporting materials, but approval timing cannot be guaranteed.
Which industries can use GMA's market-entry support?
Our strongest experience is in mobility, clean energy, technology, education, manufacturing and related professional services. Suitability depends on the target market, partner profile and project scope.
Can training be delivered at our premises?
Yes. Delivery can be designed for the client's premises, another suitable venue or a hybrid format, depending on the programme, learning objectives and operational requirements.
Is APNEA another Enterprise Singapore grant programme?
No. APNEA is a separate neutral, non-profit and membership-based society focused on Asia-Pacific new-energy knowledge exchange and professional collaboration.
Does working with Green Motion Academy automatically make us an APNEA member?
No. APNEA has its own membership application and Executive Committee review process. Participation in a GMA project does not automatically create APNEA membership or governance rights.
