ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION
Which Route Is Open to You?
CTP and MRA have company and grant requirements. APNEA uses a separate membership and Executive Committee review process.
✓ Singapore Registered Company
The applicant must have valid Singapore registration and satisfy the requirements of the relevant Enterprise Singapore programme.
✓ Financial and Operational Readiness
Relevant financial records, management information and an executable business case may be required.
✓ Defined Business Need
CTP requires a genuine capability gap. MRA requires a clear overseas expansion objective and target market.
✓ Commitment to Execute
The company must be ready to complete the approved scope and comply with applicable programme reporting requirements.
✓ Organisations and Individuals May Apply
Companies, professionals, universities, associations and relevant ecosystem participants may submit a membership application.
✓ Membership Is Reviewed
Membership is subject to Executive Committee review. Approved founding members receive a 12-month waived membership period.
